Fees for our Services
Payment for office visits is expected at the time service is rendered. Fees for annual checkups may be slightly higher due to required lab work and immunizations.
Our practice has an experienced insurance staff available to answer your questions. Patients have ultimate responsibility for payment. Please be aware that some insurance companies pay the full amount for office visits while others have deductibles or percentage allowances. Some plans also include NO coverage whatsoever for healthy visits, immunizations, or newborn care in the hospital.
